Welcome to Thrive Safe's distance learning platform.

Grow your knowledge, engage in reflective practice, and enhance your self-care system as you learn.

This space is designed for you to learn at your own pace, in your own way.

You’ll have access to short videos, audio clips, articles, and reflective practice guidance to help you deepen your understanding. Some topics may feel emotive, so we’ve included self-care prompts and signposting to additional support wherever relevant.

We have carefully considered trauma-informed principles throughout this course and will continue to reflect on how we embed them in both our content and our wider learning environment. Our intention is to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and empowering for all learners.

Alongside the core content, you can also join our Reflective Community Space — a place to extend your learning through guided sessions and supportive peer discussion.

We’re delighted to have you with us, and we truly value your feedback and insights as you move through the course.

Great trainer, really knowledgeable. I think the trainer's kind/bubbly personality really helped as this can be a sensitive and heavy topic that is discussed..I liked the self care atthe end of the session.

I will think more about what has happened and the persons story I have more knowledge on how to approach challenging situations for example with engagement from young people if they don't trust professional, how to engage them and things to say.

The delivery was great - you can tell the speaker really cares about this subject and she provided her own insights and depth to the content.
